Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse supervisors and oversee daily operations in the facility. You will ensure efficient staffing, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards while coordinating shipping/receiving and asset protection.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience with strong leadership, inventory management, and familiarity with DOT regulations. This position emphasizes cost control and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
  • Experience managing supervisor level employees required.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing in a warehouse/inventory environment preferred.
  • Proficient in PC and database skills.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills required.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
  • Six Sigma and 5S experience preferred.
