Norlee Group (NLG) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping of materials, tools, and equipment. You will ensure accurate fulfillment of job-site material requests and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse management, familiarity with electrical materials and job-site logistics, and experience with Sage/Kojo. OSHA certification is a plus; a valid license is required.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse in support of field construction and service activities. This includes inventory control, material staging, tool and equipment management, deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction or electrical supply chain management and a strong understanding of job site logistics and material flow.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management and purchasing , preferably in the electrical or construction industry in addition to the qualifications listed below.
The successful candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to express ideas clearly and concisely, both in person and in writing, and be skilled at listening to and addressing the needs of end users. The ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals, is also essential.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, are necessary for the role.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. In addition, individual must be proficient in inventory management systems such as Sage, Kojo or similar.

This role operates in both warehouse and construction job site settings. The warehouse environment involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and the physical demands of loading, unloading, and organizing materials. On job sites, the Warehouse Manager may encounter active construction areas with uneven terrain, loud equipment, and weather-related conditions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility clothing is required when on job sites. The position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment. Some travel between the warehouse and job sites or supplier locations may be required depending on operational needs.
