Overview

This role is hands-on and includes both warehouse responsibilities and full-time driving duties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "get it done" attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and document any issues.
• Pick and stage orders for multiple job sites across Vermont.
• Coordinate logistics for all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Manage inventory using software tools.
• Perform general maintenance tasks in and around the office and warehouse.
• Assist in creating and maintaining new warehouse operations systems.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

While a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are the most important traits for this role, we’re looking for candidates with the following:

• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including email and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• A willingness to learn new technology.
• General knowledge and comfort using hand tools.
