Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all activities within the warehouse. This role requires managing resources efficiently to maintain service levels in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include inventory management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in food production and the ability to lead a diverse team towards continuous improvement.

To manage, organize and control all activities within the Warehouse function. To maximize the efficiency and utilization of all resources, including labor and equipment to achieve the required service levels and performance results. To provide a key link between the Warehouse and all internal and external customers.

The Warehouse Manager base pay range$90,000 - 115,000 USD/annually.The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum fornew hire salaries for the Savage, MD location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’srate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time.In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team membersas a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.The Warehouse Manager position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package and is eligible for the annual discretionarybonus program up to 15%. Kettle Cuisine and all its legal entities comply with all federal, state,and local minimum wage laws.
