Job summary

Jetson is seeking a professional Warehouse Manager for our San Jose, CA location. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including kitting, picking, receiving, and cycle counts, while leading one Warehouse Coordinator and maintaining inventory accuracy for field service teams.

You will drive process improvements, roll out RFID/Smart inventory systems, and partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure SOPs and ERP data integrity across functions.

Qualifications

• Advanced education in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Management, or related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC/electrical sectors.
• Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard.
• Follows OSHA's Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard.

• Ensure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US & Canada. You'll be hands-on, taking part in all aspects of warehouse management for our San Jose, CA warehouse — actively kitting, picking, receiving, and performing cycle counts on the floor, while also overseeing one Warehouse Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage across the day and full inventory control for our field service teams.

You’ll drive process improvement and operational excellence, including our ongoing rollout of the RF Smart system to enhance inventory accuracy, while helping us build smarter, more efficient systems as we scale. Working within a matrix structure, you’ll report to the local General Manager while partnering closely with our Supply Chain team to keep warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and Standard Operating Procedures running smoothly.

What You Will Do

What You Bring
