Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support the Operations Manager with inventory and fleet management, safety, and day-to-day operations aimed at operational excellence in our Raleigh distribution facility.

You will receive deliveries, manage FEFO rotations, maintain accurate counts, supervise safety training, and ensure nightly loading complies with policy while maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operations in the Operations Manager's absence and be the secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
• Manage FEFO rotation to meet Account Manager and customer needs.
• Schedule and coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance and inspect fleet weekly.
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading processes comply with policies.
• Repackage and reintroduce repackaged product within RBDC standards.
• Create a culture of safety through training and compliance inspections.
• Advise leadership on safety concerns and preventative actions.
• Follow accident and injury reporting procedures in the Incident Management System.

Company Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

EXECUTION

Receive deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product

Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse

Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and secondary contact for warehouse access and security

Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs

Help with schedule and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly

Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse

Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies

Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards

SAFETY

Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training

Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.

Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System

Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards
