We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Warehouse Manager to work at our location
in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a full-time, exempt, in-office position, and it is not entitled to
overtime.
Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees the operation of our 40,000 square foot warehouse, ensuring
all processes are running smoothly and promptly. They are responsible for accurate and
effective inventory management practices, timely product fulfillment, and facilitating
coordination efforts within the warehouse team and between other departments. They are
responsible for the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of all merchandise. The
Warehouse Manager leads the warehouse staff, manages their work schedules, oversees their
training and development, and fosters a team-centered work environment focused on
collaboration and accountability and where work life adds to rather than detracts from home
life. They report to the Merchandise Director and work closely with other teams to optimize
warehouse systems, support logistical needs, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
● Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments, verifying
counts and product quality against purchase orders.
● Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to track stock levels, minimize
shrinkage, and resolve discrepancies.
● Supervise regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure system
accuracy.
● Utilize Warehouse Operating System to manage proper storage, labeling, and
organization of inventory to optimize warehouse space and retrieval efficiency.
● Oversee warehouse organization and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workspace
that meets OSHA and company safety standards.
● Manage warehouse equipment use and maintenance, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and
barcode scanners; ensure all operators are properly trained and certified.
● Collaborate with the Merchandise Team to develop and oversee efficient picking,
packing, and shipping workflows that meet campaign fulfillment, online store, and event
● Ensure all outbound shipments are packed, labeled, and documented correctly, including
those requiring international shipping documentation and customs compliance.
● Coordinate outbound freight shipments for events, vendors, and retail partners, including
palletization and carrier scheduling.
● Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse operations
with event schedules, product launches, and merchandise logistics.
● Assist the Merchandise Director in vendor relations and logistics planning, including
negotiating shipping rates and resolving operational issues.
● Manages their budget with full accountability for labor and supply costs
● Provide inventory reports and forecasting data to support decision-making across
departments.
● Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement best practices
for efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
● Maintain and optimize warehouse systems and software, including inventory
management tools, barcode scanning platforms, and shipping solutions.
● Manage staffing and scheduling of 15+ warehouse employees to meet workload
demands, including hiring, training, and supervising seasonal or temporary warehouse
staff.
● Support a team culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
through professional, empathetic, and engaging communication.
● Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are met.
● Lead, mentor, and develop team members through open, candid relationships and
regular one-to-one meetings.
● Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to empower and motivate
team members.
● Administer company policies and procedures fairly and consistently across all
warehouse staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
● High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in
business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management,
and logistics required.
● Minimum 3 years experience managing a team in a warehouse or fulfillment
environment is required.
Availability
● In office 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8am – 6pm
● 100% in office position. Remote work is not available.
● Must be able to pass a background check.
● Must be eligible to legally work in the United States and provide applicable
documentation.
Technical Skills & Systems Knowledge
● Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory and shipping platforms (Warehouse OS
and ShipStation experience preferred), and project/task management tools
required.
● Ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and generate actionable reports.
● Proficient with warehouse automation, barcode scanning systems, and inventory
control software is preferred.
● Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping logistics, including
cost-optimization strategies.
● Previous or current forklift certification required.
● Follows company safety standards and policies, including warehouse standards
for using and working around tools and equipment, and shows great regard for
their own safety and the safety of their coworkers
Physical Requirements
● Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (5+ hours/day)
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Comfortable bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling, climbing ladders, and
performing physically demanding tasks.
● Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures
and conditions.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train, coach, and
motivate team members.
● Able to provide circumstances where employees can use their talents and
contribute in their own best way.
● Experience conducting performance reviews and giving constructive feedback.
● Dependable and even-tempered under pressure, especially during high-volume
seasons.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
● Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to adjust to shifting demands.
● Capable of improving and streamlining workflows for efficiency and productivity.
● Arrives on time for and works all scheduled shifts, and communicates requested
schedule changes well in advance of an expected shift.
