Job summary

Dipple Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to supervise a dynamic warehouse team and ensure efficient inventory control for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies.

The role requires at least five years in warehouse management, strong leadership experience, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of Warehouse Management experience.
• At least three (3) leadership experience with an ability to train others.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and move 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the warehouse team, including the coordination of work schedules
• Provide leadership and direction to all warehouse associates
• Maintain proper storage, stock of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical supplies, cleanliness organization, and inventory counts in the warehouse
• Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
• Communicates with vendors to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Receives incoming materials, unpacks, and checks shipments against bill of lading, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Upholds environmental health and safety standards
• Ensures safe operation of a forklift, hand trucks, and material handling equipment
• Work outside for extended periods of time

Compensation:

• $55,000.00 - $65,000.00/yr
