Warehouse Manager – Automotive Manufacturer in Monroeville, OH. Full-Time, Manufacturing / Automotive. Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.

Our Monroeville, OH area facility supports leading OEMs with advanced manufacturing solutions, and we are seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team.

Role Overview

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, materials flow, and team leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring on-time production support, accuracy of material handling, and continuous improvement of processes to meet customer and plant needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
• Monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of warehouse or materials management experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining accuracy in warehouse operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
