Job summary

We Pack Logistics, located in Maxton, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct and coordinate activities for receiving, storing, and shipping customer products. The role operates on a Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule with potential extended hours as needed.

The starting pay is $83,000 to $103,000 per year, negotiable by experience, with a competitive benefits package including paid holidays, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience managing receiving, storing, and shipping in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment is properly maintained for efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety, and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.

Role Overview

Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

STARTING PAYRATE: $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.
