Collaborate with field stakeholders to enhance processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality standards.
Oversee fulfillment site P&L, partnering with leaders to achieve financial goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
Proactivelyidentifyhealth and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training oncutting-edgebest practices.
Mustbe 18 years old.
Valid driver’s licenserequired; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
