Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Hollis, ME to lead all warehouse operations for a 24/7 facility. The role requires coordinating truck loading/unloading, scheduling, and safety compliance to meet customer demand.

The position offers a base salary in the $105k–$115k range with eligibility for an annual bonus, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, and other perks. Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a multi-unit manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by owning all truck loading and unloading activities.
• Own execution and adherence to standards for all warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing.
• Uphold frontline employee safety through safety policy compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse planning/scheduling, headcount, labor allocation, and task assignment in collaboration with Route Operations.
• Lead and develop frontline staff (Forklift Operators and Inventory Specialists) including hiring, assigning duties, addressing attendance/conduct/performance issues, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance to facility standards through housekeeping audits, inspections, and security/environmental compliance.
• Uphold and execute warehouse productivity and quality goals, including equipment return procedures.
• Ensure product supply meets customer demand through inventory management.

• Base Salary: $105,509 - $115,455, this role is eligible for an annual bonus.
• Location: Hollis, ME
• Schedule: This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility to work shifts between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM including weekends as needed. Flexibility to work within these hours is required.

• Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities.
• Execute all Warehouse management related tasks, including but not limited to: day-to-day warehouse planning/scheduling (including headcount, labor allocation and job assignment determination), establishing team norms and collaborating with Route Operations.
• Lead/manage/develop frontline employees (Forklift Operators and Inventory Specialists) by hiring qualified team members, assigning team responsibilities, timely addressing attendance/conduct/performance issues, and conducting mid-year and year-end Performance Evaluations.
• Own compliance to facility standards, to include routine auditing of housekeeping schedules, facility inspections, and security/environmental/general compliance requirements.
• Uphold and execute all Warehouse productivity and quality goals, including equipment return procedures.
• Ensure product supply meets customer demand through management of inventory processes
