Job summary

Mackie Myers Ltd is seeking a Warehouse/DC Manager for our Los Angeles, CA location. This on-site, full-time role supports a 60,000 sq ft distribution center with 800–1,000 daily e-commerce orders and wholesale volumes.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, logistics, and fulfillment, while leading managers and staff. A seasonal second shift is planned to scale operations safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in distribution center or warehouse management
• 3+ years at a manager or senior supervisor level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience

Warehouse/DC Manager | Los Angeles, CA (On-site, Full-Time)

We\'re partnering with a premium Los Angeles-based apparel brand to hire a Warehouse/DC Manager. This is the right hand to the Sr. Director of the DC, with full visibility across a 60,000 sq ft distribution center. The building ships roughly 800 to 1,000 e-commerce orders a day plus wholesale, with month-end volume that can reach 1,000 orders.

About the Role

You\'ll work alongside the floor managers across receiving, put-away, logistics, and fulfillment, and your focus will be making a strong operation faster, safer, and more efficient. A seasonal second shift is also part of the plan, so you\'ll help shape how that scales.

Responsibilities

What you\'ll do:

• Oversee receiving, put-away, pick/pack, shipping, and inventory end-to-end


• Lead and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and associates


• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and productivity


• Track KPIs like on-time ship, order accuracy, and cost per unit


• Drive continuous improvement and keep the facility safe and OSHA compliant

Qualifications

• 8+ years in distribution center or warehouse management, including 3+ years at a manager or senior supervisor level


• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent hands-on leadership experience

Required Skills

What we\'re looking for:

• Background in apparel, retail, food and beverage, CPG, or a large 3PL


• Current heavy machinery certification


• Advanced WMS experience (RLM a plus), strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Shopify


• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• Flexibility for extended hours or weekends during peak season
