Responsibilities:

1. Achieve warehouse performance objectives by establishing daily management methods for on-the-floor operations; identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity, and service level improvements; measure and analyze performance; implement improvements; and aim to enhance customer satisfaction, speed inbound to outbound cycle times, and eliminate errors.
2. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by implementing and enforcing relevant policies and procedures.
3. Communicate effectively with internal and external warehouse stakeholders; report to management and internal groups.
4. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to warehousing, materials handling, and shipping; advise management on necessary actions.
5. Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security protocols.
6. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and managing repairs and replacements.
7. Achieve financial goals by preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
8. Manage warehouse staff through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
9. Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional networks.
10. Contribute to North America BU projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Strong supervision and leadership skills, especially in managing on-the-floor warehouse staff.
2. Proven experience in developing budgets, financial control, and delivering results.
3. Excellent surveillance, communication, and reporting skills.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
