DPR Construction in Houston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking and shipping, while ensuring accuracy and safety. You will drive inventory integrity and coordinate with internal partners to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, performing cycle counts, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliant processes.

Manages warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, safety, and team performance. Provides hands-on leadership to ensure warehouse activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Maintains primary accountability for operational execution, inventory accuracy, and coordination with internal partners to sustain standards and performance.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
