PEGATRON Technologies LLC in Georgetown, Texas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse, logistics, inventory control, and material flow in our advanced AI hardware and electronics manufacturing facility.

You will direct day-to-day activities, optimize supply chain efficiency, lead a growing team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with production, procurement, IQC, and logistics to support make-to-order schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience in electronics manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement for AI hardware and components.
• Oversee stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation using SAP and warehouse databases.
• Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff and specialists.
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company protocol in a high-tech manufacturing campus.
• Coordinate with production, IQC, procurement, and logistics to support make-to-order schedules and material availability.
• Develop and refine SOPs to scale operations as the Georgetown campus grows.

PEGATRON Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced, proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse, logistics, inventory control, and material flow operations at our advanced AI hardware and electronics manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas.

The Warehouse Manager will direct day-to-day warehouse activities, optimize supply chain efficiency, manage ERP/SAP database systems, and lead a growing team of warehouse operators and specialists in a high-tech, eco-friendly manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct daily warehouse functions including receiving, material put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement for AI computing hardware and electronic components.
• Inventory Control & Systems: Oversee stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation using enterprise warehouse databases and SAP software systems.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, lead warehouse operators, and inventory specialists.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company protocol across the eco‑friendly Georgetown facility (featuring solar, LED lighting, and material handling systems).
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with production, quality control (IQC), procurement, and logistics teams to support make‑to‑order assembly schedules and component availability.
• Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to scale operations as the Georgetown campus expands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of relevant work experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive warehouse and inventory management experience, ideally within an electronics manufacturing, high‑tech, or industrial production environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data analysis and reporting.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing warehouse teams, driving inventory accuracy, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Physical & Work Environment: Ability to work onsite at the Georgetown, TX facility, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50+ lbs., and oversee safe material handling equipment operations.
