Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff and oversee daily workflow.
• Oversee inventory, tool room and equipment to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate orders, materials, and fleet/equipment decisions as needed.
• Operate forklift to load/unload freight and organize within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting to counsel, support or discipline when necessary.
• Maintain safety and efficiency in warehouse operations and environment.
• Provide a remarkable experience for homeowners and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides leadership to employees using the warehouse.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse.
• Assists in interviewing potential new warehouse employees.
• Oversees the company’s warehouse, grounds, equipment, tools, and product inventory.
• Oversees the company’s warehouse and tool room.
• Maintains proper amount of product, tool and equipment inventory at all times.
• Compiles and submits orders for products and materials.
• Assists in decision making of fleet and equipment when needed.
• Partners with HR to counsel, support or discipline employees.
• Partners with accounting department to manage inventory and is responsible for accurate counts.
• Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
• Operates fork truck.
• Loads and unloads freight of material and organizes within warehouse.
• Provides a remarkable experience for homeowners and employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
