Job summary

American Metals Supply in Columbus, OH is hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead the Columbus operation and its delivery team of approximately 7 employees and CDL drivers. This hands-on role focuses on safety, accuracy, productivity, and outstanding customer service.

You will develop and coach staff, oversee receiving, fulfillment, loading, and shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse, inventory, distribution, and logistics processes.
• Comfortable using warehouse technology and computer systems, including ERP and RF scanning systems.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL experience is a plus.

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Columbus, Ohio operation. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions and lead a team of approximately 7 employees, including warehouse and CDL drivers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar environment.

• HVAC or wholesale distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Class A CDL is a plus.
