Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical, LLC in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Manager to provide operational leadership for warehouse, distribution and logistics operations. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure safe, compliant, and efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials in a regulated environment.

You will drive inventory accuracy, material flow, and scalable processes to support Lifecore's growth, while partnering across functions to resolve issues and improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution or logistics management.
• Experience leading teams and across functions.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics and warehouse best practices.
• FDA-regulated medical device/pharma environment preferred.
• Hazardous shipping and DOT regulations experience preferred.
• APICS or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics personnel, fostering safety and accountability.
• Oversee receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, quality systems, and SOPs.
• Drive inventory accuracy and transaction integrity via ERP practices.
• Improve material flow and warehouse processes to cut costs and boost efficiency.
• Manage Warehouse SOPs and maintain audit-ready operations.
• Oversee import/export compliance and freight contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory and operational issues.

In this critical leadership role, you will provide operational leadership for our warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations. You will lead a warehouse team while ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials in a highly regulated environment. This position is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, material flow, operational efficiency, import/export compliance, and scalable processes to support Lifecore's continued growth.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping activities across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, quality systems, SOPs, and applicable shipping regulations.
• Drive inventory accuracy and transaction integrity through effective ERP practices, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Improve material flow, warehouse processes, and infrastructure to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support future growth.
• Manage Warehouse SOPs and maintain operations in an audit-ready state.
• Oversee import/export compliance, hazardous shipping, transportation vendors, and freight contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally to proactively resolve inventory, material flow, and operational issues.

• Proven experience leading teams and working effectively across functions.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated medical device and/or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Hazardous shipping and experience with DOT regulations preferred.
• APICS or related professional certification preferred.

Starting Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually with consideration for relevant skills and experience
