Job summary

HighRes Biosolutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in support of our manufacturing of custom lab automation systems and scientific instrumentation. This role will drive kitting, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain strict adherence to ISO quality standards.

You will manage a warehouse team, coordinate with Planning, Production, and Procurement, and improve processes using Lean principles to enhance on-time delivery and material flow in an onsite

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of warehouse or materials management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting kitting and production operations.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably with D365.
• Lean / 5S and continuous improvement exposure.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Drive kitting to ensure material availability for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counting and disciplined processes.
• Ensure ERP transactions are correct (D365 preferred).
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Procurement to manage shortages.
• Establish standard work and 5S, drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO environment and quality standards.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and timely kitting to support production and customer deliveries.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controlDrive kitting operations to ensure accurate and timely material availability for production buildsMaintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process disciplineEnsure materials are transacted correctly in the ERP system (D365 preferred)Partner closely with Planning, Production, and Procurement to manage shortages, priorities, and material flowEstablish and enforce standard work, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesManage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance managementEnsure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures (ISO environment)Monitor and improve on-time delivery, picking accuracy, and inventory performance metrics5–10+ years of experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting kitting and production operations (not just distribution)Strong understanding of ERP systems (D365 preferred)Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational disciplineDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skillsExperience with continuous improvement / Lean principles is a plus
