Job summary

California Closets CCO in Bend, Oregon is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee safe, efficient warehousing operations, drive inventory control, and coordinate receiving/ staging for customer jobs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of two years of experience managing a Warehouse.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience directing warehouse personnel and supporting supply chain demands.
• Ability to work in a production environment (sitting, standing, bending, operating machinery).
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and have mobility for installation tasks.
• Adequate sight, speech, and hearing for a woodworking environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage all materials for customer jobs at California Closets Owned (CCO) locations.
• Conduct physical counts to control inventory levels and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Maintain warehouse condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing repair work orders, and arranging replacements.
• Track and analyze ongoing projects.
• Ensure procedures and standards are established and followed.
• Ensure all work is complete and documented.
• Coordinate receiving inspection to confirm all materials are received.
• Examine materials to verify specifications and stock materials in designated areas.

Job Description

The Warehouse Manager ensures safe and quality work practices and adherence to site policies and procedures. This role assists in quickly solving procurement and other supply chain discrepancies and reports issues to the required level of management to assist in resolution. This role, provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.

• Coordinate receiving inspection to ensure all ordered materials have been received.
• Examine materials to verify specifications required and stock materials in designated areas of the warehouse.
