Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie. You will learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18‑month rotation, gaining exposure to inbound, outbound and support functions while earning pay from $32 to $36 per hour with a $4 shift differential.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates; hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands‑on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high‑performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
