Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Nevada is offering an 18-month rotational program designed to master all aspects of warehouse operations management through on-the-job learning and real-world rotations.

You will receive hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting teams, complete forklift and equipment certifications, and develop accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Develop warehouse management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
