The WMS (Warehouse Management System) Implementation Business Lead is responsible for delivery of a successful WMS rollout that aligns to the operational goals and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for warehouse implementations. This role acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain operations and supports process and system development along with training and the change management process.
This position has up to 80% travel week to week.
The WMS Implementation Business Lead is responsible for developing and implementing processes aligned with US Foods new Warehouse Management System across the distribution network. This individual will represent Supply Chain operations in requirements gathering, detailed design, implementation, and support phases.
No direct reports
Internal: Primary relationship with Supply Chain (Replenishment, Operations, Operations Excellence, Transportation and Routing, Logistics, Customer Experience), Commercial, Finance, Enterprise PMO. Close partnership with SC IT team in coordinating systems and hardware requirements, integration, testing, and acceptance
External: Professional networks, industry organizations, systems and equipment vendors, and/or consultants focused on leading practices in supply chain systems and technology deployment
Remote: This role is fully remote; the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $95,000 - $155,000
