Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Maintenance Excellence programs.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Procure equipment and spare parts as needed.
• Identify operation risks and implement solutions.
• Maintain effective labor/employer relations and records systems.
• Manage and support continuous improvement projects (EHS, quality, cost, productivity).
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot new equipment.
• Supervise on-site contractors and ensure safety compliance.
