Job summary

lrdistributors is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and equipment. You will obtain forklift and elevated platform certification and work scheduled hours to meet customer demands while prioritizing safety and urgent response.

Responsibilities include implementing maintenance procedures, managing parts and equipment, and leading continuous improvement projects related to EHS, quality, cost, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Mechanical experience with facility equipment and HVAC systems.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Maintenance Excellence programs; implement preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motor systems, elevators, and related equipment.
• Manage repairs and maintenance records; ensure safety and compliance.
