Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Northlake, Texas — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about. This position supports our clean, safe, and well-run facilities.

You will perform routine lubrication, repair and troubleshooting on mechanical warehouse equipment, monitor outside contractors, manage inventory controls and schedule preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and solve mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.

• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30 pm; must be flexible, hours may vary and may include some weekend hours.
