POSITION SUMMARY:

USA Insulation, a thriving and growing insulation company, is seeking a full-time technical position at our franchise Support Center in Downtown Cleveland. We build insulation trucks for our locations throughout the country. This person will aid in truck builds, prepare various equipment, and maintain the shop and inventory.

The candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, supportive with a team approach, and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. We will provide paid training for the proper candidate, including general knowledge of electrical systems and shop-related equipment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• In both team and individual capacities, collect and manage inventory and assemble various components and equipment to outfit our insulation trucks.
• Accurately record production and repair times per job order.
• Use various tools and machinery to complete projects.
• Ensure quality and consistency with every project and task, with precision and focus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No prior outfitting or truck building experience required.
• Commitment to quality workmanship with high integrity.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, shop equipment, and hand tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot problems.
• Experience in assembly and handling equipment.
• Forklift operation experience is desired.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Efficiently install truck equipment with quality.
