Education Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to maintain productivity standards and meet performance goals

Job Duties

• Sort and process mail in a warehouse environment
• Maintain a production rate of at least 400 pieces of mail per hour
• Verify mail accuracy and ensure proper sorting procedures are followed
• Move, organize, and stage mail for processing and distribution
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work from start to finish of shift until all assigned mail has been processed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Mail Processor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
