Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate Warehouse and/or production equipment proficiently.
• Diagnose and make minor repairs for routine equipment issues.
• Support the Sr. Process Technician when required.
• Communicate equipment, process, maintenance, quality, and operational issues.
• Participate in training to improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and safety.
• Follow safe work practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 12-24 months of manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.

Ability to read technical documents, troubleshoot mechanical issues, operate PIT equipment, and basic computer skills. SAP experience is a plus. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in noisy environments. Availability for overtime, including weekends.
