Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Warehouse LP Supervisor to optimize workflow, enforce safety and loss prevention programs at the Mooresville Distribution Center, and coordinate with operations and law enforcement as needed.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage investigations, audits, and training for new hires and temp staff while ensuring OSHA and company compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, safety, risk management, or related field.
• MS Office Pro Suite experience, including Excel.
• Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year+ leadership experience in team coordination.
• Professional safety certifications preferred.
• Experience with warehouse or distribution center services.
• Solid understanding of safety, security systems and investigative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LP Dept liaison to Leadership and production floor associates to ensure buy-in regarding shortage and safety reduction by engaging, coaching, and training.
• Assist in creating, implementing, and enforcing SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality involving security and/or active investigations in the workplace.
• Oversee and drive results with Deckers LP/Safety associates and supervise temp staff.
• Mentor and develop teammates for performance improvement.
