Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead loss prevention/security personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Investigate theft, incidents, and policy violations with detailed reporting.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems for suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Train and coach security staff on loss prevention, de‑escalation, and emergency response.
• Oversee safety and LP programs within the DC and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead investigations into injuries, near-misses, and property damage, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Deliver training, drills, and onboarding for new hires and temps.
• Maintain documentation and prepare incident reports.
