Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Holdrege, NE to perform general warehouse functions including shipping/receiving, material movement in SAP and MES, and loading/unloading trucks. The role involves cycle counts, maintaining records, and safe material handling.

Responsibilities include moving semi-trailers, using forklifts, and coordinating with management to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable within 3 months.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse functions including shipping and receiving and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate and move semi-trailers and use forklift or hand trucks as required.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved and transactions in system.
• Identify and address safety hazards in collaboration with management.
• Conduct cycle counts of raw materials and expense items as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries.
