Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move products within our distribution centre. You will load, unload, and place palletized goods, using reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts, while ensuring accuracy with RF scanners and the WMS.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year of experience in lieu), and familiarity with safety procedures and PPE. Intermediate forklift experience and ability to read distribution documents are preferred; strong reliability is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1 year relevant experience may substitute.
• Intermediate experience with high reach or counterbalance forklift.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center.
• Operate high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain product integrity during tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas.
• Provide backup support when required.
