Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Associate to support outbound shipments, internal material movements, and inventory accuracy within our Supply Chain team. You will work closely with procurement and operations to keep materials flowing to the production floor and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years shipping/warehouse experience, forklift operation, and proficiency with PC, MS Office, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Shipping and warehouse experience (5+ years).
• Forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck experience.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Move materials: receive, stock, ship, and issue to production floor.
• Packaging: palletizing, weighing, recycling, labeling.
• Logistics: create truck loading plans, loading/unloading, parcel delivery.
• Documentation: update ERP docs, receipts, invoicing, bill of lading, customs paperwork.
• Inventory accuracy: cycle counts, gap reconciliation, housekeeping.
• Incoming inspection: verify quantity, part numbers, descriptions, arrival dates.
