Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with documentation and on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; perform general maintenance and uphold safety.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damages.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative work environment and mutual success.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
