Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related work experience preferred.
• Must be highly organized and keep a clean, neat workspace.
• Ability to operate independently with discretion when to consult with others.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong collaboration abilities.
• Read construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with MS Office, Windows, Google Gmail, and Dropbox.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all warehouse logistics including inbound and outbound freight.
• Coordinate third-party courier services for materials delivery to subcontractors and sites.
• Process expedited inbound freight daily for operations and field teams.
• Support inventory management of materials and hardware for construction and panel fabrication.
• Manage office and field safety equipment inventory and check-in/check-out of safety gear.
• Coordinate material deliveries and orders back to field teams.
• Communicate issues and information needs with project teams.
• Process packing lists for orders and freight for project folders.
• Process RMA requests including vendor documentation and shipping of returns.
• Perform project/customer site deliveries as needed and support courier/lift gate services.
• Maintain local office tool crib inventory and ensure tools meet NIST certification standards.
• Support panel shop fabrication as needed by Operations.
• Organize PM/PE stocking racks and assign stocking responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by Department Operations Managers.
