Job summary

Insight is hiring a Warehouse Associate (W2) for onsite work at our Hanover Park, IL facility. You will handle receiving, documenting, locating, verifying quantities, and packing products in coordination with the lab team, using SAP and client asset management systems.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to shipping procedures, safety rules, and timely responses to inquiries, with a path for advancement within a people-first culture and access to retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Ability to communicate in English to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and documenting product into SAP
• Finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system.
• Verify quantity and the correct products
• Work with lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product.
