Warehouse Logistics Representative - Hybrid

Yoh has an immediate, 13-month contract opportunity as a Warehouse Logistics Representative within the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry for our client. This hybrid role reports from their offices in Pittsburgh, PA.

• Max Hourly Rate: $28/hr
• 40 hrs/week, 3 days onsite

You will be responsible for tendering bulk shipments, managing change processes for client plants, customers, and bulk carriers, and working directly with client order management, plants, and carrier dispatch to ensure the efficient movement of goods and equipment to meet client shipping needs.

This position also involves coordinating package highway and multimodal transportation, working with third-party logistics providers, and supporting related activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor daily activities at third-party facilities across the US and Canada to ensure timely shipments
• Complete inbound and outbound inventory transactions in SAP ERP system
• Troubleshoot issues at facilities and coordinate solutions
• Maintain inventory and asset accuracy
• Develop, modify, and audit operational procedures
• Train and support third-party logistics personnel
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
• Manage invoice payments and cost allocations
• Handle tendering of bulk shipments and manage order changes
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal departments for efficient operations
• Provide backup coverage as needed

Who You Are

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in supply chain logistics or warehousing operations
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with ERP and SAP preferred
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
