Job summary

Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Louisville, KY to ensure project managers and installers have what they need—on time and organized. This role blends hands-on warehouse work with administrative duties, including inventory management, loading/unloading, and coordinating with vendors to keep operations efficient.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain DOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, supervising, or organizing a warehouse with hands-on and administrative duties.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management software (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all material entering and leaving the warehouse
• Coordinate ETAs and identify any potential delays
• Oversee loading and unloading procedures
• Active participation in loading/unloading trucks
• Make material runs for jobsite shortages; local travel for parts and supplies
• Plan warehouse layout and maintain optimal organization
• Manage and conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts with documentation
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for facility maintenance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Maintain documentation for regulated and hazardous materials
• Support on projects as needed
• Assist with building upkeep (snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning)
