Base pay range

$20.19/hr - $22.59/hr

This is a PART-TIME role in Poestenkill, NY and will transition into a FULL-TIME!

We are seeking a team player to join our team as an International & Domestic Shipping Specialist!

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, the Logisitics Clerk will have the following key responsibilities:

• Lift, unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains record of received goods. Receives internal PO's requested via email.
• Transfer material into storage locations.
• Pick and deliver Accessory work orders and raw material stock requisitions to various departments.
• Operates hand and powered material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, delivers materials, chemicals and other products including 55-gallon drums. Stacks, stores chemicals in chemical shed and maintains rotation of drums to ensure first in first out stock.
• Pick/pack prepare hazardous & nonhazardous, domestic & international customer orders for final shipment to the customer.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Prepare Hazmat documentation.
• Coordinates with freight-forwarders/carrier activities
  
  

Requirements

High school or GED

2-4 years of related Shipping and Receiving experience

MUST have forklift experience

Experience with shipping domestic and international using third party systems (ex: FedEx, UPS)

Computer skills using PC and radio frequency devices; understanding warehouse operations

Candidate needs to be able to stand, lift (up to 50 pounds), bend/squat, push/pull

Pallet jack experience
