Warehouse Logistics Coordinator performs a variety of advanced departmental support functions. Applies advancedskills to resolve problems and questions with minimal supervision. May interact withinternal and external customers. May serve as a resource to others in the resolution ofcomplex problems and issues. May work on special projects requiring research andanalysis. Performs other related duties.
GENERAL DUTIES
The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this jobtitle. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:
1. Interacts with customer via phone, face to face or online to determine needs andservice requirements.
2. Responsible for all aspects of customer service and support for high profile accountsi.e. delivery of equipment activations and billing.
3. Researches and provides industry information to accounts to enable them to makeinformed decisions.
4. Uses computer terminal and company operating systems to establish billing andfeatures for client and respond to inquiries. May use a computer terminal in a mobileenvironment.
5. Position may be assigned sales goals.
6. Produces and distributes inventory reports.
7. Provides analysis and input regarding customer returns.
8. Interfaces with management, distribution centers and ROC to resolve order, returnand inventory issues.
9. May interface with management relative to inventory issues, scheduling and/ortraining.
10.May perform temporary site set up for Continues Wave testing including use ofmobile latis tower set up, Broadcast Van, vendor equipment which exceeds heightsof 90 feet, site surveys, troubleshooting of equipment/software.
11.May be responsible for fleet maintenance of drive test vehicles.
12.Processes invoices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR JOB:
1. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
2. Gathers data from appropriate sources, reviews and makes recommendations toclient or management.
3. Coordinates or provides on-site client training.
4. Negotiates rates with other carriers to ensure best possible rates and service.
5. Responsible for various building maintenance duties and upkeep.
6. Responsible for managing maintenance and expansion inventory at market stockingpoints.
7. Develops and places orders, receives equipment, performs inventory managementfor various locations.
8. Map orientation/navigation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds may be required.
• Ability to climb ladders may be required- no fear of heights.
• Ability to transport equipment from ground level to rooftop may be required.
• Ability to remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time may be required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
TESTS:
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessments or tests associated with theposition.
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday tours.
Occasional overtime may be required.
• One (1) year customer service experience or minimum one (1) year on title of
Coordinator 1.
• May be required to travel out-of-town up to and/or exceed 2-3 consecutive days

Our Coordinator II earn between $13.93 - $33.90 per hour. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $29,926.00 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
