Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, handling, distribution and control of promotional items and returned tickets.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and shipments are labeled and tracked.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logs.
• Use Enterprise System for data entry and file maintenance.
• Communicate with vendors as needed.
• Assist in tracking lost packages.
• Verify terminal receipts for ticket returns accuracy.
• Prepare and update files and logs.
