The Nagler Group in Derry, NH is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations onsite. You will manage inventory records, pick and pack orders, inspect shipments, and prepare outbound freight while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time processing.

This role requires detail orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills; forklift experience is a plus. The position offers full-time hours, onsite work, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory systems.
• Team-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records using inventory management software
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment activities
• Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
• Prepare outbound shipments and generate shipping labels
• Coordinate carrier pickups and freight shipments
• Handle shipping documentation and related paperwork
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Partner with internal teams to support timely order processing and issue resolution
• Report damaged, defective, or missing items
