Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping or inventory control.
Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes and logistics documentation.
Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, and maintain accurate records.
Effective communication to coordinate internally and externally.
Support for continuous improvement within procedures.

Responsibilities

Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information.
Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details.
Monitor fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement.
Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation.
Review delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and resolve.
Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements for traceability and loss prevention.
