You will verify transport, receipts, storage, and shipments, and update logistics systems to keep accuracy high. You will monitor inventory movement, track ship progress, and prepare documentation for processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials and follow safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and records.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedules.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for processing.
• Review routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and routing issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements for traceability and loss prevention.
