Job summary

CBX Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will prepare orders, pull inventory, and load trucks while ensuring accuracy and safety. The role requires reliability with basic computer skills and good communication, plus ability to lift and move heavy items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Pull inventory for shipments.
• Help ensure correct material is pulled and loaded on our truck for delivery.
• Record merchandise in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Work in accordance with all warehouse safety regulations.
• Load finished product onto truck.
• Navigate equipment to collect customer orders.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Counter sales to General Contractors.
• Use technology to manage the logistics process.
• Other relative duties as assigned.
