Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate in Massachusetts to verify transport details, input data, and maintain accurate logistics records. The role supports dispatch, receipt, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with procedures.

You will work Monday to Friday from 7:00am until finish and have the opportunity to earn incentives and a $2,000 sign-on bonus based on performance and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
