Job summary

Karl Strauss Brewing Company in Poway, CA is seeking a logistics associate to support daily warehouse operations, staging products, and forklift movement to keep deliveries flowing.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, assist with route deliveries when needed, and work with a team in a fast-paced brewery environment. A valid CA driver's license and a willingness to adapt to seasonal production are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in production/packaging or with filling, labeling, and crowing equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Logistics Team in daily operations including staging of product and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Organizes and maintains cold and dry storage in all warehouses.
• Performs daily/weekly cleaning of storage locations and keeps loading areas tidy.
• Operates forklift/hand truck to transport products safely.
• Transfers product from production brewery to warehouse storage and rotates stock.
• Inspects receivables on delivery and updates inventory totals.
