Job summary

EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support the team with routine material handling, loading/unloading, staging, and basic inventory tasks.

You will help ensure goods are stored and moved safely to meet production and shipping schedules. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and reading skills, ability to obtain forklift certification, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or ability to pass basic skills proficiency assessment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and obtain/maintain forklift certification.
• Must follow WSIs (Workstation Instructions) and JSAs (Job Safety Analyses).
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or noisy warehouse environments with frequent standing, lifting, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials for production or shipping.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying counts.
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Prepare materials for transfer to production as directed.
• Perform basic inventory support, including labeling, scanning, or recording stock movements.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, WSIs, and JSAs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Working Conditions

• Lifting: Medium Work – exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Physical: Extended standing, walking, bending, and lifting; frequent use of forklift equipment.
• Environmental: Exposure to hot/cold conditions, noise, and moving machinery typical of warehouse and manufacturing settings.
• Safety Equipment: PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective gear as required.
